One of my customers required a website for his Black Friday trade.
He was selling sports uniforms and equipment particularly football.
Also, he wanted to attract the buyers by selling star player’s uniforms – Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar and etc.
I worked as a backend developer in this project and the stack was Django – a python framework.
This website provides number of products and equipment which are increasing daily, the database optimization and indexing were essential.
Django has the ability to quickly and flexibly scale the website to meet the heaviest traffic demands.
In order to speed up the performance, I used middleware and compressed Django’s HTTP responses.
It was great that the customer was absolutely happy when he tested our product.
