Nutmeg is an online investment management company.
In other words, it allows people to invest their hard earned money using general investment account, ISA, JISA, Pension and Lifetime ISA.
My role was a frontend developer in this project and I had to integrate many features particularly live chat and integrating salesforce service cloud.
Salesforce service cloud is a customer relationship management platform for customer service and support.
The website is also integrated with Salesforce Community Cloud, which provides more communication channels for agents and customers.
For many months of work, our team managed to fulfill the whole requirements from the customer and his business began going well.
It was my first product integrated with Salesforce, but was completed successfully in time.
